These Terms govern your use of the MyColor mobile application (“Application”), operated by Paris Gachette (“Service Provider”). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the Application. All rights and intellectual property belong to the Service Provider.

2. Purchases

• The Application offers a one-time, non-consumable purchase (“Premium”) that unlocks additional features permanently.
• There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• All sales are final. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies.

3. Data and Privacy

The Application processes personal data you provide to deliver its services.

• Selfies are processed temporarily through the OpenAI API to provide analysis and then deleted.
• Analysis results (e.g., “Deep Winter”) may be stored with your account.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat, OpenAI) under their own Terms. You agree to also comply with their applicable terms and policies.
